INVECCHIAMENTO:
Grappa aged for at least 12 months in large barrels, then subsequently aged in small 225 liter barrels. It completes its refinement in stainless steel until bottling.
GUSTO:
Very complex, with very persistent aromas and a great enveloping and delicate scent. With simple smoothness in the mouth, but of great depth in the nose, a grappa for connoisseurs.
